Well what an INCREDIBLE moonrise last night was over Dunstanburgh Castle!😱
I set off 4 hours before the moon was due to come up as I had a plan which was further inland but after scouting the area and the low cloud starting to roll in, it unfortunately wasn’t going to work so I quickly referred to plan B which was to head to Dunstanburgh to hopefully catch the moon above the Castle and it did not disappoint!🥹
It wasn’t looking hopeful at first though with the low cloud and fog rolling in but it didn’t take long before I got a glimpse of the moon coming up and it was absolutely stunning, the colours and the mist rolling below the Castle was absolutely incredible!
One of my favourite things to do each month is to watch the full moon come up and it makes it even more special to capture it at Dunstanburgh, a place that means so much to me!❤️
